I like that look. Sweaty – a sign of a job well done. Indeed, I like it so much, let’s have another:
Definitely! Unfortunately, I’ve been off the weights for three weeks on doctor’s orders so as not to risk pushing a blood clot around but, once I get back from my unexpected trip to the Far East, I’m allowed back on. Maybe no leg presses for a while. And probably no hanging crunches either for a bit:
So that’s a big plus. One minus is that my blood reading dipped just a tiny bit under the threshold, so I’m back on the injections for the duration of my trip. Heigh Ho – you win some, you lose some…
…just like it always is! See here:
After which , re-focus on the positive!
A unique way of doing sit-ups:
Personally I prefer the training-ball method:
…and it will be a while before we can do them this way:
The guys on the circus tour tell me that is all going extremely well…
…son Leo is having a whale of a time, enjoying the audience reaction to his balances, his bed of nails and his concrete-block smashing thereon. Well, we’ve all enjoyed that for a while – his turn now whilst I take time out!
Keeping in shape is important: enjoying yourself is just as important…
Be proud of what you’ve achieved:
I guess that’s the look you give someone who you find kneeling at your feet snapping when you’re sunbathing!
As ‘sideways’ looks go, here’s another:
Another amazingly muscled and chiselled guy giving his photographer ‘the look':
C’mon, guys, I need happy people about me, just like Julius Caesar’s “let me have people about me that are fat…” – actually I prefer “the lean and hungry look”, but you know what I mean…
Looking up! (Looking down…):
All for now guys: next post – airline safety permitting – from Korea!!
