All Boys Together

flat,550x550,075,f Oh, how boys relax! Even the non-gays! A neat pile here of Turkish wrestlers, but typical of how sessions in Chad’s gym can end up, except for the one point that those lads are all still wearing their shorts! In our case, most often, our guys are naked and relaxing after sharing the sweat and effort of a hard workout, gymnastics or wrestling session…

Gay or straight, it’s all about mutual respect for the results you’ve achieved and the effort you put in. Guys admiring the other guys. Being ‘accepted’ by other guys really gives us gay guys the self-confidence we always seem to need. Being admired/desired by women is part of nature’s package: being admired by other guys really admits you to the ‘clan’!

So, no point in concealing those excellent muscles from view. And, when wrestling, although I suppose it’s perfectly OK to wear the lycra uniform in competitions and a vest or shirt in other public places, put two guys together in a relaxed situation and eventually, at least one ‘top’ will come off…

…then both…

…and, of course, when finally chillin’ with your best mates, who needs clothes anyway?

Such is ‘the good life’ our modest gay community in small-town Tennessee enjoys, largely untroubled by outsiders. We train hard…

…compare notes…

…get your mate(s) to take pictures to show off your best view…

…especially over relatively long intervals, when the success is more evident…

Cover1 ThumbCover2 Thumband, finally...Here’s our story, set out in three volumes (e-books too from the usual outlets), and describing finding gay love, a caring gay community, adventures in acrobatics and fitness, touring with the circus and (unfortunately) getting ensnared in a bit of bad business…

…you can add your own stories here as comments!

For us, it’s all about boys sharing together, whether intimately as gay partners or just socially in large fitness regimes. Some readers of this blog seem to like their boys in large numbers, so…

Four is a great number for a gym session:

Even the professionals (Kalutskikhs and Steelkast) do it in fours!

no-excusesRemember, in all sports there are ‘no excuses’. Give it all  you have, and you will eventually get what you want.

Your mates are there to push you on…

…and (in our case!) to sooth any subsequent aches in pains in an appropriate manner!

About tonycavanagh

Born Northampton UK; school Oxford UK and Oak Ridge Tennessee, where I met my wonderful partner Dave, also from UK. Oak Ridge is our main training base for acrobatics and circus stuff, but we also established a base in Wales (UK) to serve us when we are working in Europe. Our 'story', of finding gay love, learning the acrobatics trade and then of how we got shot at during our show (and worse was to follow - just to prove that the risks of being an acrobat are not always the most obvious ones!) are now available in my three books 'Loving the Boy', 'The Power of Love' and 'Against All Odds'. Links available on most blog posts. Actually, waiting for the imminent arrival of the first printed copies was far scarier than anything we do in performance. A fourth book - not about us but exploring the sadness of a gay Native American boy denied his true identity - is currently with an agent for evaluation. watch for 'Let The Future Find Me' in due time. And now to book five... another boy, another quest... seems its always boys...

  1. I just love boys playwrestling at home in or outdoors as well as amateurwrestling. Cool. I’ll also be stealing some of your gym pics!
