A Short Abs-tract

We had one of the best sets of abs on the planet staying over last night – Leon (wrestler) from Lexington KY with his partner Dane. Like us, they’re sworn to celibacy – except within the ten of us gay guys who call ourselves Tuan Jie. Long story – it all started with Zach, Gary, Dave and I, it means ‘strength through brotherhood’ in Chinese, but what it really means is that the ten of us share our love in the certain knowledge that no-one can be infected because we have all been true to that vow not to engage in anything penetrative outside of our own ‘coven’.

hobbit feet richardOne great friend has left our ring-fenced group to share a monogamous relationship with his great love, and they now run a gymnastics centre in Florida. We used to call him ‘hobbit feet’ – to make sense of a lot of this, you can get the full story in the books which I illustrate at the end of this post!

Meanwhile, ten guys remaining, share being gay, having a special life partner but sharing the love openly with the other eight: all of us into fitness, seven specialising in acrobatics and gymnastics, two in wrestling and one martial artist – but we all do it all, and greatly enjoy keep our muscles in tip-top form.

Which is why Dave and I were running our hands over Leon’s abs in bed this morning, followed by Dane…

…so it is an abs celebration today!

…and finally, a bonus set of abs for reading this far! Enjoy.

About tonycavanagh

Born Northampton UK; school Oxford UK and Oak Ridge Tennessee, where I met my wonderful partner Dave, also from UK. Oak Ridge is our main training base for acrobatics and circus stuff, but we also established a base in Wales (UK) to serve us when we are working in Europe. Our 'story', of finding gay love, learning the acrobatics trade and then of how we got shot at during our show (and worse was to follow - just to prove that the risks of being an acrobat are not always the most obvious ones!) are now available in my three books 'Loving the Boy', 'The Power of Love' and 'Against All Odds'. Links available on most blog posts. Actually, waiting for the imminent arrival of the first printed copies was far scarier than anything we do in performance. A fourth book - not about us but exploring the sadness of a gay Native American boy denied his true identity - is currently with an agent for evaluation. watch for 'Let The Future Find Me' in due time. And now to book five... another boy, another quest... seems its always boys...
