Definitely! Unfortunately, I’ve been off the weights for three weeks on doctor’s orders so as not to risk pushing a blood clot around but, once I get back from my unexpected trip to the Far East, I’m allowed back on. Maybe no leg presses for a while. And probably no hanging crunches either for a bit:
So that’s a big plus. One minus is that my blood reading dipped just a tiny bit under the threshold, so I’m back on the injections for the duration of my trip. Heigh Ho – you win some, you lose some…
