Bring and Share

A few posts back, I decided it was time (new year and all that) to introduce newer readers to our ways of living and enjoying life – a ‘Window on our World’. Well, it is a gay world, in which I enjoy the tender and caring love of my wonderful partner Dave, sharing all the things that gay guys do together and, because we are both seriously into fitness and physical skills, enjoying our bodies every which way – sight, taste, scent… –  working in harmony with keeping up our muscle tones and acrobatic skills. We do that alongside four other gay couples with whom we share a special and trusting bond of sexual safety, enabling us to interact ‘every which way’ within the circle, but never, ever, anything (shall we say) ‘penetrating’ outside of it. This wonderful semi-open lifestyle has held up for more than ten years now and we all feel that it should never end.

So, for our sporting and training activity, we ‘bring and share’ ourselves, if that makes sense. In our private places, that generally means naked, for the freedom it gives, and that can extend to the wider membership of Chad’s private gym for weights, wrestling and so forth. With these additional guys, we share our skills, and encourage one another always to strive that little bit harder to be best we can, but never to try to be better than the next guy. So, like the wrestle guys in that first picture, it is all about working together as comrades to make all of us the best we can.

A gymnastics centre is a good example of that. A gymnast training for competition competes only against himself and, of course, he wants all members of his team to get their maximum points as well as himself. So there is wonderful camaraderie as everyone helps their partners to improve.

Of course, there is always time for fun (or, perhaps I should say, weird stuff!)…

ICover1 ThumbCover2 ThumbCover 3 Thumbn the event that this whets your appetite for a little more detailed information on ‘how it all began’, clicking on one of these covers will lead you to more information!

For the rest of today’s pictures, I will revert to couples rather than groups, enjoying doing various stuff together and, of course, enjoying each other’s company…

Those twins doing their bar pull-ups are a feature from a magazine called (rather oddly I always thought) ‘Exercise for Men Only’ – a perfectly innocuous and non-gay fitness mag published here in the States. It used to appear in UK too, where I first saw it. Not sure if it is still going. More twins now – twins and/or brothers working out together and supporting each other is always good!

Actually, lets have another trio now three tough ‘street workout’ boys ready for the off!

Another way of sharing fun – “lets climb a waterfall”!

looks fun

Just chilling:

…and that’s probably a nice image on which to end…definitely “Bring and Share”!

About tonycavanagh

Born Northampton UK; school Oxford UK and Oak Ridge Tennessee, where I met my wonderful partner Dave, also from UK. Oak Ridge is our main training base for acrobatics and circus stuff, but we also established a base in Wales (UK) to serve us when we are working in Europe. Our 'story', of finding gay love, learning the acrobatics trade and then of how we got shot at during our show (and worse was to follow - just to prove that the risks of being an acrobat are not always the most obvious ones!) are now available in my three books 'Loving the Boy', 'The Power of Love' and 'Against All Odds'. Links available on most blog posts. Actually, waiting for the imminent arrival of the first printed copies was far scarier than anything we do in performance. A fourth book - not about us but exploring the sadness of a gay Native American boy denied his true identity - is currently with an agent for evaluation. watch for 'Let The Future Find Me' in due time. And now to book five... another boy, another quest... seems its always boys...

Nice post, man. However, i noticed that one of your pictures is from dww, and shows both a man and a woman, not two men (7h or 10th photo). I don’t know if you did that or purpose, or if you didn’t notice. So, here is my advice. Besides that, i’d like to say that you have a very decent blog. Keep it up.

Gosh! No, I hadn’t noticed, to be honest – just took it as a long-haired guy. There’s a third body there too, possibly another girl. Whoops. But perhaps I was swayed by the fact that (as readers of my books will be well aware) there are a small number of super-fit girls in our private gym [‘honorary boys’] who will wrestle us as tough as any guy…

Oh well. I hadn’t thought what DWW means, either.

And, while I’m at it, I notice this is the second post with the same title, which I always try to avoid. But with 700+ posts currently up there, I guess that slipped through as well. I’ll leave the picture in, I think. Enjoy!
