Teen Takeover

If you pass through our training cabin at the top of our yard, and exit from the rear, you come to a grassy space which is fenced all around to keep out the prying eyes of neighbours… here we can sunbathe au naturel, wrestle or train similarly and, indeed, get up to the stuff that gay guys occasionally like to get up to. It has been one of my favourite places for 15 years, ever since Dave first invited me to join him, his brother and his partner, and ‘get naked’ together.

Since that time, both Dave and I have fathered kids who are now 13. Fitness freaks and acrobats like us, inevitably. They too use that space, but know that there are times when it is off limits except for the adults.

Until now.

Yesterday, with everyone else in the household out somewhere (I thought), I decided to make myself a nice lunch, carry it through to this private place and enjoy the sun on my back (and everywhere else, come to that)… but what do I find? Dave’s daughter Jaymee, already in occupation with her two older girl friends who make up her acrobatic competition trio, all stark naked, giggling loudly, stretching one another, and Jaymee saying loudly ‘no-one’s home, we can all work on our tans…’

This was never the plan! So I beat a hasty retreat, so I had to go get my Speedos and find a space in the main yard, and SULK!

It wouldn’t have mattered if it had been the boys – my son Leo and his mates – they train with us anyway, so ‘no sweat’ (well, actually, a lot of sweat, and so we don’t see the need for clothes either)…

… but we can hardly ‘mix it’ with girls, can we – ‘normal’ girls who are straight, from ordinary families, and who were going on to compare their (ahem) ‘development’, being of that certain age where things start to happen to their bodies!!

There’s going to be a re-think!!

The first part...The second part...This is, after all, an ‘all-boys-together’ blog, but Jaymee (and indeed the two mums of our kids) are massively into training, fitness and performance too, and greatly respected for it. It’s just introducing strangers without warning… humph!! The whole system/lifestyle/performance thing, developed over more than 15 years, is documented in these modest (??) books which celebrate also finding gay love and all the pleasure and comfort that brings… you might like! But let us now turn to our customary celebration of the male physique and the skills that it allows one to develop. Enjoy!

…and showing off the arms that those bar curls are helping to develop. You can’t really dress like that on the public beach, though… although maybe these under-briefs come close…

Well, we seem to have hit the beach today… let’s check out our planche…

So the message is ‘don’t pass on any opportunity to do something physical with your body! Put football goalposts to their proper use…

About tonycavanagh

Born Northampton UK; school Oxford UK and Oak Ridge Tennessee, where I met my wonderful partner Dave, also from UK. Oak Ridge is our main training base for acrobatics and circus stuff, but we also established a base in Wales (UK) to serve us when we are working in Europe. Our 'story', of finding gay love, learning the acrobatics trade and then of how we got shot at during our show (and worse was to follow - just to prove that the risks of being an acrobat are not always the most obvious ones!) are now available in my three books 'Loving the Boy', 'The Power of Love' and 'Against All Odds'. Links available on most blog posts. Actually, waiting for the imminent arrival of the first printed copies was far scarier than anything we do in performance. A fourth book - not about us but exploring the sadness of a gay Native American boy denied his true identity - is currently with an agent for evaluation. watch for 'Let The Future Find Me' in due time. And now to book five... another boy, another quest... seems its always boys...
