…or, at least, here am I, back ‘on the road’, in our tour bus with the circus, doing this sort of stuff…
…trying to make the two performing ‘spots’ work with a different set of people… well, we’re getting there! I don’t think that the audience would have noticed the weaknesses in the first two performances, but we did…
…anyway, the changeover gave me 36 hours with Dave…
…but only 36 hours… oh well. Soon be over, and we can get back to our normal TN routine of coaching together. And the rest…
One complication is that we are also now without our ‘roadie’ and stage manager Chet for the first time ever. He has returned to TN for family reasons with our close friend Leon now doing the honours of driving our bus as well as taking part in the performance, while we try and manage the music and placing our equipment ourselves. So far (fingers crossed) so good: we always thought we knew how much we relied on him, but it is clearly an underestimate! One great service he has done since I was last on the bus is fit it up with WiFi so that we can communicate whenever we have a mobile phone signal. I’m not sure exactly who is paying for this service at the moment… probably better not to ask. Knowing Chet, he’s probably fixed it so that the cost goes unnoticed on to someone’s gas bill in another state!
Let’s look at some more inspiring fitness pictures now, to keep everyone ‘on the ball’:
Some street workout dudes now:
Got to admire those bodies! Some Speedo boys now:
…and two for the price of one…
