Just for a change! We often think  that B&W shows off great development better.

More flexibility than ‘development’ in this next one – the gymnastic ‘manna’ postion:

…and, since we’re on the subject…

I can think of safer places to perform headstands…

    Flexibility has its place. For a great display of flexibility and its usefulness, check out the Eartha Kitt episode of the original Mission Impossible. It’s a great display throughout. I know she’s a woman, but you’ve got to give her props there.
