Well, sort of. If you can’t get back to your chosen sport as yet, you can for sure do stuff at home and in what gyms are open to maintain strength, flexibility and cardio. Your skills will then come back soon enough when things return to normal!
It’s amazing how many guys have set up gyms in their homes! So we could say: “Home Is Where the Gym Is”!!
Of course, some of us are fortunate enough to be back in our gyms.
